Ethnically diverse South Plainfield has 6 distinct neighborhoods, including Borough Center, Plainfield Ave/Lane Ave area, Clinton Ave/Tompkins Ave area, Franklin Ave/Clinton Ave area, Samptown, and Park Ave/Oak Tree Ave area. In general, Samptown is the newest part of town, with the most modern homes. However, streets of newer homes can be found in any of the neighborhoods.
South Plainfield's "downtown" is located in the Borough Center, where the municipal offices, Fire and Police departments, public library, senior center, and Spring Lake park (pictured) are situated. South Plainfield's superb patriotic parades wind through Borough Center, and feature the South Plainfield High School Marching Band, in addition to other bands, floats, and marchers representing regional organizations.
My family and I were relocated to the Midwest for a job. Robin was our realtor who was given the task of selling our NJ home. Not only was she able to coordinate with contractors to get things fixed in our absence, but she also sold our house in less than a month once it went on the market. I cannot say enough great things about Robin. She is a true professional!! If you need a home sold and are looking for a realtor, look no further! I highly recommend Robin!

We recently worked with Robin as our realtor for buying our first house. She has been extremely helpful. She helped us understand the whole process and then guided us till we finally found a house we liked and were able to close. We would highly recommend her.
My husband and I worked with Robin for over a year. As first time buyers, Robin helped us to navigate the house searching process. She was very patient, encouraging and informative. Robin was very involved in keeping communication among all the different parties (e.g., our attorney, seller's agent and lender) clear, which was crucial, especially when we found the house we wanted. We would be happy to work with her again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends and relatives.
